- TWO STUDENTS (or 1 student, 2 classes):
- Class #1 (2 topics)= $250 + $25 (one-time, non-refundable reg. fee)
- Class #2 (2 topics)= $225 + $25 (if same student, no $25 reg. fee)
- THREE COURSES (or 1 student, 3 classes, or 2 students 1 ea & 2 ea, etc.):
- Class #1 (2 topics)= $250 + $25 (one-time, non-refundable reg. fee)
- Class #2 (2 topics)= $225 + $25 (if same student, no $25 reg. fee)
- Class #3+ (2 topics)= $200 + $25 (if same student, no $25 reg. fee)

RETURNING STUDENTS, MILITARY AND MISSIONARY
Same as above (including registration fee) minus 10% of total amount.
*PAYMENT PLANS:
- Pay in full today
- Pay $100 today, remaining balance by Aug. 14 in equal monthly payments (add 5% to total bill)
- Pay $100 today, remaining balance by Oct. 14 in equal monthly payments (add 10% to total bill)
*Payment plans including dates and amounts cannot be altered. When you register, your payment plan is automatically set up by the system. Your credit card will be automatically debited on the monthly anniversary of your registration. There are no exceptions to this. Accounts returning with NSF will be turned over to the collections department.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
- SCIENCE DEPARTMENT: When registering for a science course, the screen will show one full-year course at the full-year price.
- BIBLE DEPARTMENT: When registering for a Bible course, the screen will show each semester separately at a price which is half of the full-year amount (this is because full-year Bible courses are dual topics under one course). You cannot check out until you choose a second semester class. You are still registering for the full year. You may choose a 2nd semester class that is listed under a different course ('mix n match' classes). For example:
- Student John Doe chooses Introduction to Worldviews course. The first semester class is: Worldviews vs. The Christian Worldview. The second semester is Countering the Culture.
- Because John has already taken Countering the Culture, he chooses World Religions, Cults & Islam course, Semester 2: Islam - Jihad or Jesus for his 2nd semester
REFUNDS: DROPPING/WITHDRAWAL FROM REGISTERED CLASS(ES) (no refunds after the 4th week of Semester 1 for both Departments)
- Dropping a class before the first day of class: forfeit the $25 registration fee plus 5% of total paid
- Dropping a class during the first 5 weeks of class: forfeit the $25 registration fee plus 20% per week of total paid (ex: during week #1 = 20%, during week #2 = 40%, during week #3 = 60%, during week #4 = 80%, beginning of week #5 fand forward= no refund)

40% - Apologia Academy Students (Book set for subject student is enrolled in)
Registration Open Dates:
3/28/12 = Full-time missionary, military, and returning students
